Monitoring

 

Conceptualizing and implementing cost saving measures and modifications to optimise resource utilization.
Monitoring the progress of work through evaluation of the SPI (Schedule Performance Index) and CPI (Cost Performance Index) and implementation of Management Cost & Control System (MCCS).
Generation & carrying out value added analysis of P3-Variance analysis reports and

work progress reports through application of MS project & Suretrak packages to ensure adherence to pre planned schedule & budgetary parameters.

Material Management

Effective material planning and quality control to ensure ready availability of

materials of the required standards.

Contract Management
Techno-commercial evaluation of tenders & bids and handling all formalities & relevant documentation.
Preparing & allocation of contracts.

Man power Management
